Choosing validation infrastructure

GTMAPIs is API-first GTM data-quality infrastructure for outbound agencies and GTM engineers. The available-now public products are Email Validation and Premium Catch-All Recovery. Use this guide to decide whether GTMAPIs fits the validation or recovery job you are trying to automate. This is not a ranking of every vendor in the market. It is a practical comparison of the choices teams usually evaluate when they need high-volume validation inside outbound workflows.

Category comparison

Why not just buy the cheapest checker?

Raw lookup price is only part of validation cost. Outbound teams also care about how many results are actually usable, which results should be filtered out, and whether low-quality outcomes consume budget. GTMAPIs uses one credit for one High-Value Validation: a valid personal email that is not role-based, catch-all, invalid, risky, or unknown. Role-based, catch-all, invalid, risky, and unknown results cost zero credits under the current Billing/Credit Policy. That makes the important unit cost per usable lead, not raw cost per lookup.

Why not a full GTM suite?

Some teams want one UI that handles prospecting, enrichment, routing, sequencing, and campaign work. A broad GTM workspace is the better comparison for that buying motion. GTMAPIs is not positioned as a generally available full-suite GTM data platform today. Email Validation is the wedge, and Premium Catch-All Recovery is the available opt-in expansion around ambiguous catch-all outcomes. Future products, including Email Finder, people data, company enrichment, prospecting, social intelligence, ad intelligence, and Phone Connect-Rate, stay gated until they are promoted through the public product catalog.

When GTMAPIs is the right choice

  • You validate high-volume outbound lists before launch.
  • You need API and CSV validation workflows, not only a dashboard upload.
  • You care about role-based, catch-all, risky, invalid, and unknown outcomes as outbound-quality signals.
  • You want credit reporting tied to high-value validation outcomes.
  • You want validation contracts that work inside automation, agent workflows, and internal GTM systems.

When another path may fit better

  • You mainly need a broad GTM workspace for reps to operate every day.
  • You need generally available email finding or enrichment today.
  • You only run occasional small-list checks and prefer a manual UI.
  • You want to own every part of SMTP, DNS, retry, and result-shaping behavior in-house.
